    Hello Teresa,

    It depends. If ou just booked your flight but it is not ticketed yet, you can call reservations and change it right away. The agent will recalculate the fare and will inform the new fare basis and restrictions. Even if it is a closer aiport in the same city, it is a new ticket, a new fare basis and a new route.

    If you already bought the ticket, (an eletronic ticket number is available), them you will have to change the e-ticket through reservations, following the rules for changes and fees.

    If you bought the etkt a few hours ago (not exceding 24 hours from the time of purchase), them you can exchange this ticket for a new one with your new departure airport, changing it throughout reservations or website;

    Please let us know if you need any assistance

    regards

    The simple answer is NO. You cannot make changes to city pairs at any time. If you do, you will be purchasing a completely new ticket. Fares are often very different from airport to airport due to supply and demand!
