    first thing you want to do is restart your router and modem then also restart your phone. After that reconnect your phone to the wireless network that should solve your issues.if that does not work then you will want to call customer support at 80093 78997.they will troubleshoot your phone and network to see if you have a faulty phone and if you have a faulty phone and under warranty they will send you a replacement right away
