There are a couple ways to re-sync with the towers. Depending on phone type comes the difference in answers. Easiest way is to call Care from a different phone at the 1-800 number (1-800-937-8997) and ask for your signals to be reset. Or ask to be reset on the towers. most reps will understand what that means. They will have you turn off your phone while they reset it, then have you turn it back on after they are done. This is the easiest way.
The alternative is to disable your mobile network in your settings for approx 5 minutes then turn it back on and this should work as well. -
Yeah they can remove your location from a tower, which will reset your connection. Sometimes people get stuck on a tower far away, causing bad connections. You could also have a t-mobile rep in store upgrade your sim for free which will do the same for you. But you can just call and ask as well... Good luck!!

First power you phone off and back on again. If that does not work call customer care 1800tmobile and make the request. If you still do not have any luck ask custoemer care to send you a new sim card

The easiest thing to do is just get a new Sim card. This can be done quickly at your local t-mobile store.
