    Sounds like you have an android device? Its not a problem per-say but it is a "normal" glitch, but its not harmful at all.

    To remove the icon, call you phone number from another line and leave a short message "this is just a test" is good enough. Then call your voicemail and listen to your message you just left. Listen to the entire message and then press "7" to delete it and then press " * " to return to the man menu. It should disappear then in a few seconds.
