If you use the automated system you will need her phone number and the last 4 numbers of the social security number listed on the account to gain access to pay the bill. The final option is to use tmobile.com, but you will need her sign in information.

The easiest way is pay it online, i am sure she has an account setup online, just log in and use a debit card. Or goto a store and pay cash, anyone can put money in the account but we cannot release information unless your are an authorized user on the list. alternatively you could call 18009378997 and use a card over the phone.
