go into a corporate store with your ID or call 1-800-937-8997...simplest and pretty much the only way to do it as fast as possible, but i suggest going into the store since you may not have a sim card on you and they give it for free

Is it a prepaid? or are you trying to use it on your post paid account? or are you trying to start postpaid service?....
1. Are you a current customer?
1a. Are you trying to use a used phone?
1aa. Slip your sim card into said device and should work.
1b. do you need a sim card?
1ba. Goto a local store and request a new sim ($20 charge may apply) you could call T-mobile and they would send you one but it takes days to get to you.
2. Are you a new customer?
2a. Trying to start service with a used phone?
2b. Either call customer care or go online (determine what service is right for you)
3c. You can activate over the phone or online. For faster service locate your local T-mobile store and activate on the spot there.

This would be a prepaid? All you need to do for this is how to a retail store and they have the activation kits there and you just pay your first month bill.1 comment
