      I always pay my bill late. When you call and inform them they are willing to work with you. I hope this helps you Lance and thank you for using our online service.

      Just checking back with you to see what they said. Its always a good thing to call and get an extension because if they suspend your phone then T-Mobile will charge a $20 reconnection fee. If you have more then 1 line that fee adds up since its for every line you have.
