I have had experience with Sprint on two different occasions. First, I sold phones through an electronics...

How old is your phone? If it is still under warranty, then you can take it to the nearest Sprint store with a repair center. Be sure to look at http://www.sprintstorelocator.com and make sure that the one that you choose does have that service. Also, going to a Corporate store as opposed to a third party store, i.e. Sprint Store by *********. If you have a business or corporate account, most third party stores may not be able to assist you depending on the issue. If your phone is out of warranty, but you have insurance, take it to a repair center first, you can set an appointment to speed up your wait in the store at http://www.sprintstorelocator.com when you choose the store, If there is more wrong than they can take care of there, they may switch out the phone under the Advanced Exchange Program, or have you utilize your third party insurance which is Asurion. You can always process a claim yourself through them at www.phoneclaim.com.
