Yes the End button will always hang up, even if it's 2 calls. You need to press Swap to switch between calls

the swap button is what you have to use. now if that isnt working or if you hit menu and nothing happens then the phone is messed up however I never had any problems useing the swap button. practice a little with friends to get the hang of it. let us know how it goes.
