Go into about and update your PRL. That will update all. Also if you want to switch between gsp and cdma networks u need a gsm sim card, your phone may or may not support it.

It varies by device but generally the path is Settings->System Updates->Update PRL. If System Updates does not show as an option, updates can usually be found under About Phone/Device
