Call up sprint and have the numbers ready. This is the easiest way to do it rather then going online. Thank you for your time.

Customer service MIGHT be able to block them if you call but the easiest way is directly through your online Sprint.com account, if you have one. I can give you the exact steps if you need

Log into sprint.com and you can block specific numbers there. If its those short text numbers then reply with the word stop.
