Hello I need Help with replacing my broken phone.The idiots at the sprint couldn't help me an looked at one another like they never heard of a broken phone?

    No question goes unanswered and unsoved. I can fix them all

    Springs policy is if it is no more than 3 pieces it is a free fix. They will refer you to asurion which you can file online at www.phoneclaim.com. Keep in mind a smart phone is 100.00 to replace and 50.00 for any other phone. If you dot have insurance you are not covered which then I recommend ebay but make sure the phone that you get meant have a bill attached by calling in the esn / dec number to check it. Sprint will run those numbers for you. Also if you get harassed by a rep I store or out ask for the indirect account specialist or the district manager. They will assist you better since they can give you credit and also expedite the process. Hope this helps you. Please rate accordingly. Thank you

      Also keep I mind that sprint customer care on thwarting phone is better able to suit u but they will point u to the website I referred or they will ask u to go to a service and repair center. Normally I recommend taking it in to a store since it is faster and they can file right then and get it going for u or give u a loader phone if they have any.

      hello i went to asurion and they said take to sprint store. sprint said call assurion.the idiots are rampid at sprint.

      Hello It fell on the floor while charging on my desk and my sister pulled out the chair to sit down and it was on the fase of phone done.

      since it is physical damage the only option is to make a insurance claim and pay the deductible. The other thing to do is you can check your upgrade eligibility and see if you want to upgrade instead. if you are not eligible there is a service where you can call into customer service and buy up your upgrade. this may be a bit expensive, but it allows you to purchase a new upgrade date and get a new device of your choice.

    William please don't be rude to anyone here trying to help you. If the phone was physically damaged AND if you have the full or at least the Equipment Replacement insurance (not just service and repair) then you will need to contact Asurion and file a claim. Make sure you have ERP or TEP on the account before you call them or they can't help you.
