For the past few days my phone has been having issues connecting.

For the past few days my phone has been having issues connecting. I have a 3g android and usually i have no problems. But since last saturday, my phone has been stuck on 1x to no bars. I'm not in an area that lacks signal and others where i live are having the same issues with their phones. Calls don't go through and I don't receive or alerted when others call me. I don't know whats going on.

    I recommend you call customer service and ask if there is a tower outage. If not make sure to report them. Most of the time they do good to reimburse for the days the towers are down. :D

    I dont know exactly where your at but you may be in an area where network vision is being deployed ( google sprint network vision) and as such they are working on your towers it should go back to normal soon and its the whole pardon our dist situation, but if not then it is a good idea to call care and let them know so if there isnt any reported problems they can get the ball rolling on a expedient repair
