I will give you all the information you will need to know. Depending on the type of fare you purchased will determine what your options are. If you purchase an Anytime Fare or a Business select fare, you can get a full refund since those two fare are fully refundable. If you purchased a wanna get away fare, webonly fare or special fare, then those fares are non refundabel, however you can get a full credit for you to use towards your next trip which has to be completed 1 year from original date of purchase.
If you are unsure if you are going to be able fly within the 1 year date, you can call our Customer Relations department and explain to them what your situation is. I can not promise you that they will give you a refund since they take those on a case by case basis. But I do encourage you to call them. Their phone number is 214-932-0333. They are open monday thru friday from 7am to 8pm central standard time.
