Hi Sue,
The best way to make a request for a donation is to email Southwest through their "contact us" webform. You will find that at the bottom of the homepage, under the "customer service" click on "contact us" next click on the orange "email" button and fill out the form. There is alot of info to fill out but you need only fill in the boxes with the * next to them. In the writing box explain you cause as best you can and it will be forwarded to the correct department for a response. Good Luck! -

Along with what smiley stated, you are also able to goto www.southwest.com and at the bottom of the page under customer service, click on contact us. The next page you will see a menu in the middle of the page. Click on the link that states Charitable Giving Application.
if you read through that you will be able to see if your organization qualifies through that channel.
