From our end, it looks like you requested a cashout and that it was paid via Amazon Payments to the Amazon account setup with the same email address you use here. You should have received an email from Amazon alerting you about the fund transfer. If you didn't receive those emails, try going to http://payments.amazon.com and logging in. The money should be there in your account.
