Just want to know, where in the terms & condition is their info abt payouts. I saw the section on U might hv to pay fees, but what abt our reward, how much is the customer paying & how much are we getting out of it?

    There is a section on "Fees and Rewards" in the FAQ at http://www.insidr.com/about/faq that talks about how rewards are distributed and how insiders can cash out.

      Philis - we split the rewards and tips evenly (50/50) with the insiders who help and cover all the credit card and processing fees out of our share. This links that Software Alchemist posted have all the detail. Let us know if you have more questions.

      I supply the answer and others reap part of the reward, that stinks.

      Philis - we're trying a few different formulas right now while we're in beta and not wed to any of them. In the situation you describe, if you supplied a good answer that helped the customer and/or that other insiders voted for, you'd get most/all the reward. But if you supplied a partial answer that other insiders helped round out, they'd get part of it as well.
