Is there a way, other than accessing every question I've answered individually, for me to quickly access my answers that have been flagged helpful, unhelpful, and best?

When your answer gets marked helpful, you'll get an email that includes a link to the question. But right now, when you're marked neutral or unhelpful, there's no quick way to figure that out.

We'll fix this soon. We want insiders to be able to get quick feedback and be able to connect it with the specific question and response.

Thanks for the quick response. I am familiar with the emails. My question is more in regard to an issue of retrospect. From my dashboard, I can see how many Best, Helpful, and Unhelpful ratings I've received. I didn't keep all of the Best and Helpful emails.

If I am understanding you correctly, though, currently there isn't a way to access those quickly.

You've got it right, but that is likely to change over the next six weeks. I think it's important for insiders to get good quick feedback on where there answers are and aren't helpful.

I'll forward this conversation to the design team. If you can tell me in detail what you'd like to be able to do (and why) that'll help us design. For example: I'm trying to find the ones marked unhelpful to follow up with customers, etc.

Thanks for bringing this up, really helpful.

I really think that the simplest solution would be to provide links to Best, Helpful, and Unhelpful links. My thought would be to have a page itemizing those questions. Each item would link back to the original question.

From the Insider's dashboard, using the dropdown display from the Insider's grade, the three categories are already displayed. It wouldn't be too difficult, I would think, to have a link that goes to the page itemization, perhaps with each category hot-linking to the respective section of the page.

Oran, thanks, I've sent this to the design folks.

BTW, we're getting ready to roll out a mobile website to make it easier for insiders to answer questions from their iphone or android phone? Do you have any interest in being a beta tester?

I have an iPad. I can use iPhone apps. I'm flattered that you'd ask. I'd love to help out! You guys have a great site going here, with fantastic purpose. Count me in!

Oran, I'll keep you posted on iPad. Right now, the mobile release we're rolling out is just for phones. We figure the iPad experience (and the dashboard) works reasonably well on an iPad, while its much harder to answer on a phone right now.

What's your take on answering on the iPad? Is there anything (outside of the above thread) that needs major work?

I've not used the iPad for answering. I use my desktop. Like I mentioned earlier, I can still test beta test the iPhone app. The iPad will work those as well. For whatever that's worth, I have an iPod touch that will do the same thing, and *fingers crossed* I'll have an Android phone again in the near future.

I'll try to keep tabs on responding via iPad. Typing anything longer than a sentence or two gets dicey without my bluetooth keyboard, though.
