    A: I had a cust that marked me as non helpful then meant to change to helpful. do they just click the face?

    Yes, they should simply be able to click a different face (red, yellow, green). I'm not sure if they can change the rating after they accept an answer or a question is closed.

    Maybe another insider will chime in on that part.
