On your TV's original remote there should be a button labeled "INPUT" or "SOURCE" (if you don't have the original remote, check the TV itself, there may be a button on it somewhere as well.
Make sure the Dish Box is on then try pressing this until you either get a picture or you cycle through all the options.
The TV should say something like AUX 1, Video 1, HDMI, SAT, ANT 1, or something along those lines. -

Ur on the wrong channel. Try 3 or 4. Then go try inputs or ur sources. If it's hd its for sure a input like HDMI or RCA jacks. If it's the 2nd tv off the receiver try 22,60,73 or 116. Let me know if u need more assits.

if your tv is where the dish rcvr is located
take tv remote (not dish remote) and change to channel 3..it still no picture
push the 'input; or source' button and cycle thru the inputs till you see a picture
if your tv has no dish rcvr
take tv remote and turn tv to channel 22 or 60 or 73 or 116 -
check the back of the receiver and look for how your box is connected to your tv. this will tell you what input you need to be on and that should fix your problem
