Try this, Un-plug ur reciever for 1 minute. Then plug back in and it will re-set itself. Let me know if this helps, if not we can do something else. Thank u

Make sure you are on the right channel could be 3 or 4 or right imput if you are an the right imput unplug your receiver for 30 seconds and plug it back in let the system reboot it might take up to 10 min for the whole process to be completed if still don't get fix then call dish at 18003333474 to have a tech out.

what are you seeing/doing?

first , check to see if your connections on the rcvr is pushed in and tightly secure
if you have a rcvr for 1 tv
take your tv remote and turn it to channel 3 or 4. if no picture then push 'video or source ' on tv remote and cycle thru all the inputs till you see a picture
now if you have a rcvr for 2 tvs.
at 2nd tv, take your tv remote and turn your tv to channel 22 or 60 or 73 or 116. -
