I get a great signal on 110 sat and cant find 119.

Do a check switch
It should test 1of 3 or 1 of 4
Once done it should show 2or3satellites
110/119 and 129 If you have HD
check your satelllites on transponder14/15/16/21
If still not getting signal over 54,call dish for tech visit -

K, go to ur remote press the menu button, then the numbers 6 then 1 then 1 again.... this is ur signal screen. Go to transponder 11, satellite 119.... Wait 20 to 30 seconds, if it doesn't lock in u have a problem and i'm sure u knew that.... Just call us at 1-800-333-3474. Call now so we can get out there right away. Sorry for the inconvience.... in the signal stregnth screen, perform a test switch. if your dish is pointed correctly you should get the sattelites you need

Move the dish a few inches to the right. You are only getting one sat (110). To get the other (119) swing the dish about 6 to 8 inches to the right (south). If you are at the point dish screen put your setting on sat 119 and transponder 16. Move dish an inch or two at a time until you get a good signal (above 70).

Dish need to be repointed you can call dish and have a tech out or just move the dish about 1 inch or less to the right.

from that screen do a check switch and this should fix your problem. after it does the test, set the sat to 119 and the transponder to 14 until you get a lock and then exit out and let it load up.
