i am no longer able to answer the questions.

i am no longer able to answer the questions. i get the emails but when i log into my insidr accout i can see the questions on the side but the main part is empty. no matter how i click on help rick etc nothing pops up for me to answer. is there a problem? its this way on all my online devices computerell kindle .

    Hi Spoon,

    Are you still being affected? I took a look at our servers and I couldn't find anything obviously broken. I'm left to wonder if that was just the server being tempoarily unresponsive.

      well a ctually today i was able to get on and i can see the questions and i can answer them now done know what was going on for those few days but im b ack up and running thank you.

      Good. I apologize for this apparent outtage. If it happens again, let me know. From time, we have planned downtime but we try to keep it to the middle of the night.
