how do i get my amazon payments to post ?

how do i get my amazon payments to post ? i keep accepting it thru the emails but the money is not posting i just got another email today saying it was canx b/c idid not accept it but i did several times.what do i do

    Hi spoon - I'm guessing the issue may be that your Amazon account isn't setup using the same email address that your Insidr payments are being transferred to. When you cashout, we send the payment to the email address used to sign in to our site. If you click on the email from Amazon but sign in to Amazon Payments with a different email address, it might not be able to link the two. If that's the case, I would suggest heading over to https://payments.amazon.com and creating a new account with your Insidr email address. Or switching the email address associated with either Amazon or Insidr so they match up.

    Let me know if you think this might have anything to do with the problem you are seeing. If not, I'll dig into it some more to see if I can figure anything else out!

      Ok so the pAyment got canx so I loose it or it goes bck to my insider?

      When a payment is canceled it should get refunded to your Insidr account. You should see it when you hover over your balance on the dashboard. Let me know if its not showing up there.
