Hi spoon - I'm guessing the issue may be that your Amazon account isn't setup using the same email address that your Insidr payments are being transferred to. When you cashout, we send the payment to the email address used to sign in to our site. If you click on the email from Amazon but sign in to Amazon Payments with a different email address, it might not be able to link the two. If that's the case, I would suggest heading over to https://payments.amazon.com and creating a new account with your Insidr email address. Or switching the email address associated with either Amazon or Insidr so they match up.
