Is your receiver connected to the internet, if not that may be way it is pending. Or wise you have to wait for the cycle of that show to download from the satellite which could take up to a week for some shows

Is it the only thing you have set to download? If so, delete it and try it again. If there are other things downloading, then obviously its just pending. Hope this helps, thanks

DVR must be connected to the internet. Menu - settings & help - settings - network setup. Either test connection or repeat network setup. If you lose the signal before or during download it sometimes doesn't catch and you have to do it a second time. You need a minimum connection speed of 750 Kps or higher and recommended 2.0 Mbps.
