You have a mini genie doing that. To fix this you need to download your genie. To do this, hit the red reset button on your main receiver. The genie. This Button is located inside a flip down panel on the right hand side. After you hit the reset button, wait for all lights to light back up and press 02468 on your remote, this will force a download. You will know it worked if your screen says searching for new software within 15 secs of pressing the numbers. If it doesn't start a download repeat the reset process until you get a download.0 comments
