www.directv.com - if you have never set up your account it will only take a couple of minutes - you will use your e-mail address as your user name (it does have to be on file with directv so if you have never given it to them call 1-800-531-5000 to add it to your account. Answer a few questions (last name, phone #, account #,and create your password and security question) and your in.
