      Just a few tips. Make sure ur on the right channel or input. Calling direct will have them send out a tech & they will check everything. Sometimes a fix could b temp, A tech will come out & look over everything. Sorry ur having problems. Hope thus helps.

    sorry your having a problem - however to provide you with assistance I would require more information, besides Directv will not work. Example what is being displayed on your TV Screen? Searching for Satellite? No Signal? Service expired Call customer service Ext 721? Etc. Once I have more information I can provide better service. Sorry
