I have a question about my ratings.

I have a question about my ratings. I don't know what made me think of doing this, but I went through all my questions and checked the amount of each rating. After going through them I counted 74 positive, 18 neutral, and 16 negatives. However, what my dashboard shows is different. It shows 71 positive, 16 neutral, and 16 negative. So I actually have 3 more positive and 2 more neutral which would actually bring up my overall percentage a bit. Why are those ratings missing? Thanks. :)

    Hi Jeff - we have actually discovered a recent issue that is causing the reputation recalculation to fail intermittently. So while the numbers you counted are correct and are captured in the database, the numbers showing up in your dashboard may be out of date by a day or two. We're working on a fix and should have it patched up shortly. Sorry about any confusion!

      Thanks insideguy! Although I do notice that the recent ratings do add in. It seems like it may be some old ones that have not calculated into the totals.

      From what I can tell, the problem was only happening half the time you got a new rating. But Jean found the issue and pushed a fix last night. So next time you get a rating, the numbers should update properly.

      It did not work insideguy. I just received a positive rating and the missing ratings did not update. I should have 76 positive 18 neutral, and 16 neg. It shows 73 pos, 16 neu, and 16 neg. It's not that big of a deal. It just seems that maybe a couple months or so ago the ratings were not calculating for a day or so.

      So I just did a little research and I'm seeing 73 positive, 16 neutral, and 16 negative ratings for you, which seems to be in line with the stats you're seeing. How are you coming up with the other numbers?

      If I click on my "answers" tab and physically count them all. I just looked again and I was off by 1 on the positive. I just counted 75 positive and 18 neutral. It's really not that big of a problem. Just pointing it out

      I just received another positive and my count did not go up. It is still sitting at 73.

      I looked into it some more and found that the numbers showing in the stats are indeed matching the count of helpful ratings I see in the database. So I'm wondering if maybe we're displaying some questions multiple times in your list of answers. We'll keep digging into it to make sure they all match up properly.

      Thank you. I looked into it a little more as well. On the positive end, the 2 missing are positives left on questions from Directly employees. So I am just thinking that those do not count towards our ratings since they were not left by customers asking questions.
