Hello, First, are you a DELTA Medallion member, or were you saying Delat airlines, which I could not find an airline with that name, I hope it was just a typing error. Now as a Delta Medallion member, if you are getting a special offer to make a reservation through priceline, you can not get other discounts or get upgrades using the medallion status on your ticket, due to priceline's ticket will probably be a Bulk Ticket, so their offer would be the only discount to be used. However you can still add your member number to the reservation for earning miles in your member account. If you did not mean flying on Delta and if there is a airline called Delat, or for further questions, you can contact me directly; http://www.insidr.com/in/flygirl-5 . I hope this helps, if not I will do all possible to get more information. Take care.0 comments

Even if it is a bulk ticket,or any other special discount you can still earn miles and get an upgrade based on your medallion status. The only time you cannot upgrade based on your status is if you are a silver and have a ticket purchased with miles.

I think priceline and hotwire tickets are excluded from upgrades through Medallion Upgrades.
Domestic: Domestically, any paid published fare class is upgradeable using PMU (this possibly excludes priceline/hotwire tickets). Upgrades come from "G" class.
International: Only Y, B, or M fares are upgradeable. Upgrades come from the "Z" class.
Delta absolutely will not allow same-day international upgrades; they will let BusinessElite seats fly empty, rather than upgrade you. Many suggest you should only buy a YBH fare if you can confirm availability of the upgrade at the time of purchase.
