Any compensation will depend entirely on why the flight was delayed and then cancelled. If it was weather it is considered an Act of God and as we have no control of that we will not cover any expenses. If it was crew or mechanical, send a physical letter to the Corporate Customer Care department and ask explain the situation to them.
