Each voucher is a 13-digit number beginning with '006' and while it can be redeemed for any future trip on Delta, they are only good for travel in the original person's name.

Hi RIchard, If you have a SkyMiles number that was in the record, or if you provided it when you asked for compensation then it will be linked to your SkyMiles number. It can also be linked to a telephone number, or even to the specific flight number and date of travel if your provided those.
