Hi.

Hi. My name is Irina Kushpil. I've applied to the gate/ticket/customer service position in Pensacola airport about 2 weeks. And it still says "Under review". Also i've read somewhere that i should not call them, because they are very busy and i should wait and it could effect badly on my application. But today i found out that this position is OPEN again!!! Does that mean they didn't like my resume/application? Should i call them or e-mail? or maybe you can tell me something?

    Irina,

The recruiting and screening of applicants is done through a company called People Scout. Because the position is posted again probably means that there is an additional position open. I highly doubt that the position you applied for is filled yet as it tends to be a fairly slow process. Once People Scout completes their process, they will set up interviews (often initially by phone) and contact a few of your references.

At this point, I'd sit tight and be patient. If you aren't selected, you should receive notification within a few weeks.

    Best of luck to you!
