    hello Bridget,

    You can try 1-800-COMCAST (800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINTIY. You have to go through a few prompts, but press 0 until you get to an operator. Usually if you go through a few prompts and press the option for "other," that'll get you through quick.

    If you need too, make sure you speak to a supervisor instead of a Customer Service Rep. that will help you get the ball rolling on your issue a little quicker.
