    Comcast does offer wireless. just give a call in and set up either a self install kit to be sent to you or have a tech install the router.

    Not all Comcast markets offer the wireless routers any longer. There is one wireless box we do offer if a customer has all 3 services with us. Wireless routers are easy to find (Walmart and Best Buy sell them) and most are pretty easy to install as long as you load the accompanying CD first and follow the instructions on hookup and getting the wireless to work.

    Your not charged a monthly fee no more, if you do a self install you pay for shipping, if a tech installs it then you pay an install fee

    the wireless router program is closed. however... ask the reps in the call center about the wireless gateway. if you qualify for it... it works with phone... and internet. no additional router needed the router is built-in.

    Techs do carry routers sometimes we can still instal sometimes. But we can instal or new smc gateway but they may charge for wireless.

    Just buy one from Walmart or Best Buy. We charge $7 per month and a $100 set up fee for the Wireless Gateway..... and that's if you qualify for it.

    We do supply wireless set up, I am using one now. If we install it, it can be from anywhere between 49.00 and 149.00 depending on if you join our signature support service. Signature Support is a service wherein for a small monthly fee we can trouble shoot and support anything wireless in your home.       We no longer offer a wireless gateways to our customers as "Comcastic" said. They are only available to customers who DO NOT have internet service with us at all. This will be changing soon in some areas, so call 1-800COMCAST to see if they are available in your area....
