This is a problem with your printer. Not your Comcast service. Call the company that made your printer.

Although this is not a Comcast issue, it sounds like there is a paper jam somewhere and it has shut the printer off until you find the jam. Please refer to your instruction booklet that came with the printer or call the printer manufacturer for more help.

Sometimes you just have to disconnect the power cord from the printer and leave it for a while, and check again if there is any paper in there, you should have software that came with your printer sometimes it tells you where on the printer to open, you could also try seeing if theres an update to your printer software , update it then connect the power to your printer again and see if all is well,
If all else fails you have 2 options
Either buying a new printer

Paper jams can be tricky. Whether a home printer or an industrial copy machine, sometimes the paper goes where it shouldn't. The worst is when it's only a small piece of paper, not an entire sheet.
