A trouble ticket? Do you mean that you want to schedule a trouble call for a technician visit? You can schedule that online through an online chat with a support agent, but you cannot schedule that directly. There are several issues that can, and should, be resolved over the phone, or during a live chat, that do not require a technician visit.

I am simply looking for a way to describe a problem i.e. digital image breaking up, etc in a way that doesn't make me have to wait on the phone for an extended period of time. Then telling various voice interrogators my name, account number, English, Spanish, etc before finally being connected to a real human and having to explain it all over again. After which then I'm told I have to wait another day or two before another human comes to the house.

In this case, I would suggest using the live chat support. You will still have to verify your name and such to verify the account, but you'll only do it once. The support agent will be able to submit the trouble ticket, and schedule a technician visit if necessary.

    I fix it everytime

The two options you have online are a live chat as listed above or you can send a detailed email to we_can_help@comcast.com and will receive a response within 48 hours.

If you fix it, they will come!

Fastest and best way to get a tech out to you is to call in. If you are having tiling that is normally a cable line issue caused by interfernce. Nothing you do online can resolve this. If you call we can shedule for us to come out while on the phone instead of waiting for an email back.
