Do you have your phone cord plugged into your wall jack or is it plugged into the back of the phone modem?
Are your satellite phones wired with just power or do they need to have a phone cord plugged in as well?
If these phones are free standing and do not require a phone cord, there may be some interference in your home. Try this:
Pick up one of the hand sets.
Go through the options and locate CHANNEL. Try changing the channel on your phone system. That will allow you to change the channel the wireless phones use to communicate with their base.

Hi Diane. This is most likely a phone issue and not the phone modem. Many times when the base phone loses power you will have to re sync the satellite phones back to the base unit. This happens with mine. Look up your cordless phone instructions on how to set them back up. This should resolve your issue. If not let me know and I will help further. What is the model number of the cordless phone?1 comment
