I have a family member who does not use the "guide" to locate channels.

I have a family member who does not use the "guide" to locate channels. I want to print out a channel "guide" showing what each channel is, like USA, DSC, etc., so he can find the station he's looking for without using the online guide.

      Make that "NO channel number"

You have to click on "view" to see your specific listing.

    I fix it everytime

The best way to go about this is top visit your local service center and they will have already printed channel lineups for your area.

Thanks ... but not convenient ... service center is 25 miles away.

I'm sorry to hear that and i se you are having problems finding it online as well. My final suggestion would be to call 1800COMCAST and request they send you one. Explain your situation and they should help.

You can look online for those channels. You can get a channel guide from tech or comcast. I think u could set up a favorite list of channels for him. Beside the mute button is a fav button. Hit it and put in all his favorite channels. You can set up a few banks for him.HOPE THIS HELPS.

I was all over the site. I downloaded the last one ... months ago, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. They show the channel ID but no corresponding channel number. He's old school ... wants a "list" on paper to refer to. But thanks for responding.

I know for sure that techs and the offices have a channel list u can get. Either find a tech or go to the closest office for a guide. Sry about the inconvenience. Not sure why its not online any longer

I know billing and retention inside and out

Just go to www.comcast.com/ and look for the channel listings. You can also order a channel listing from there or by calling customer service @ 1-800-Comcast, if this is overwhelming to you. Good luck!
