have you ;checked your email filters? go into your preferences and make sure you do not have any filters set up? Not sure what you are using for email? outlook or just the comcast.net one. if you do not see anythinhg int the filters or spam settings, i would suggest you call 800-comcast. they can look at your email settings and/or walk you thru to a solution.

For some strange and unknown reason today when I went on line the issue was resolved. All I did was to close or shut down the computer several times and I have no idea why it went away but as of this morning I can open my emails no problem. Thanks J

yes, that is usually one of the first rules of thumb. if anything is not working, restart your PC. glad you got it fixed

Deleting my cookies and all saved info and histories was one of the solutions I tried before contacting you. I am beginning to think the error is with COMCAST my service provider. I have had numerous occasions when emails sent to me from my office in Anchorage were blocked and my secretary then sent them on her personal account. COMCAST obviously does not like GCI. Thanks for the direction J

Im the one who gets it done.

Great ideas! One other factor that happens on a regular basis is if you are using IE9 or Google Chrome they will interfere with your interaction on the Comcast website. Add any version of Firefox and you will never have these issues again.

Is this on the web based version for your emails or you using another program to open your emails, You could try temporary disabling pop ups to see if that helps if its the web based verion
