    If you are saying that you are changing from Qwest to Comcast telephone, Comcast has to get Qwest to release the phone number to us so you can have the same phone number. Comcast contacts Qwest to cancel your service for you when you are switching to us.

    If you are talking about having Qwest services and are being charged for something else, you will need to take that up with Qwest as we only handle Comcast questions here. It almost sounds like this is a pay as you go wireless plan for your cell phone when you speak of credits. Perhaps you can provide a bit more information if it has to do with Comcast.
