Comcast doesnt fix computers you need to use our 3rd party company which is xfinity signature support, there is a charge for this service.

If you can view webpages then your issue does not lie with Comcast. Which i assume you can since you were able to post this.
If your internet speed is the issue it can be tested at www.speedtast.net to verify you are getting what you paid for.
