    Helping in your financial situation

No, this is a problem with the merchant not tha bank, it was you who give the merchant your debit card#. Not the bank.
Try to talk with the merchant if they accept return and issue a refund to u, you need to check their policy first, then you can contact the bank after this.
Consider that debit card has not purchase protection benifits like credit cards.

Nix on investments but everything else is fair game!

Part of my experience with the bank is in debit card disputes. With this situation, if you haven't waited too long, merchants will almost always process a refund with the return of the merchandise.
If you shop online regularly, the one thing you must always do is check the bottom of the website for "Terms of Service," "Warranties and Guarantees," "Privacy Policy" or anything else to could possibly include a disclaimer. And always remember that absolutely noting is free -- especially Free Trail Offers.
