I had loan modification done with BOA in November of 2011.

I had loan modification done with BOA in November of 2011. I have all the documents in regard to stipulations. I have made my payments on time every month and have records to prove it. Yet Bank of America insists I'm behind and will foreclose unless full payment is made. I have made numerous calls to BOA with no success. What can I do?
