I do not have SafePass ( my account is in WA).

I do not have SafePass ( my account is in WA). I have searched repeatedly to find security settings on the customer service page. There are none. I have seven different accounts with b of a - some are fine on mint, and some reflect current accurate balances, but do not download transaction data, which, of course, makes them worthless. I have followed advice you've provided to no avail. I have set up a separate Mint account and added accounts to make sure my old account wasn't somehow messed up. No go.

You guys have by far the best product, but this situation makes your company look awfully silly.

Please advise.

    With the type of issues you're seeing for your account, it would be best to contact Customer Support so they can look deeper into why your balances and transactions aren't in sync with the BOA site. When you contact them, please provide details about which account are showing inaccurate balances, etc. The more detail as you can provide, the better.     Thanks for your inquiry, but I am not understanding your question and am not familiar with a mint account? All your online banking all your accounts are linked through the social security number and appear on one profile. The safe pass key is required if you are making wire transfers on line. The on line banking is only thru your passcode and online id. Do you have accounts only in WA or multiple states.
    I would have an online chat with someone in on line banking and have them walk you through any glitches
