We just switched our phone system from AT&T to Access One.

We just switched our phone system from AT&T to Access One. Since the move, AT&T cell users cannot dial extensions once they get onto our phone system. Access One claims it's an AT&T 3G problem with DTMF. Any solutions?

    Hi Judy,

DTMF tones usually have to be enabled or disabled, depending on what type of system Access One uses. This has to be done from each phone itself and the process varies. I would ask if Access One has a better type of system as this would also typically affect any GSM user, which included AT&T and T-Mobile and several prepaid services as well.
