call 1-800288-2020 ask for a manager , explain to the Manager exactly what has happened they will get someone out there . Tell them your not responsible for any billing till the phone is installed . If you dont get it installed in the next 24 hours you will call AT&T Corporate Ofiices and speaj to the President of AT&T Randall Stephanson. hi jimmy!!! are you sure the service has not been turned on already? they may have done the work outside your house and may not have had to come and notify you! if you are able to make it to an att wireless store you can have a representative there call in for you, find out what happened and get someone out there ASAP. if not you can contact them yourself monday through friday at 1800-288-2020. sorry your having so many problems i hope this helps!
