Can you please provide a little more information. Are you saying the phone is not able to make or receive calls?
If that is the case, please try to turn your phone off for two to three minutes and then power it back on. This forces the phone to be removed from the network and then reconnect. If that does not work, try pulling the battery out of the phone while it is still on. This will force the phone to reset it's software without deleting everything from the phone.
If those options do not work, please tell me more specifically as to what is wrong.
