    If you are referring to the website regarding wireless service, call customer care at 800-331-0500 or 611 from your cell phone. They can reset your password and security questions for you. Once completed, the temporary passcode is sent as a free text message to your phone. After you login you will immediately have to change to a new password and answer all of the security questions again.
