I keep getting emails from you asking me to update my information - several times a day. Is it real or is it spam?

I work for AT&T in the DSL Tech support and have 7years experience in that field and 16 years total...
Accepted answerit is phishing, please forward the emails to abuse@att.com, they will take it from there. Do not click on the link in the email and fill out the information. Very important you do not do this, this is a hackers attempt to get your account information.

If you updated your information chances are it is spam Bettina what i'd suggest is calling to verify the right information is on file.

I am able to fix just about anything that has electrons flowing through it. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Treat everyone like you would want to be treated.
